Digital Twins

A digital twin is a virtual model of a real thing — a building, a machine, a city block, a supply chain — kept in step with reality so you can test, predict, and decide without touching the real world first. It's a thread that runs through most of what we do.

How it works

  • 01

    Model the real thing

We build a virtual version of the system that's faithful enough to actually learn from.

  • 02

    Keep it in step

A twin earns its keep when it tracks reality — wired to the data coming off the real thing.

  • 03

    Decide before you build

Run the change, the experiment, or the failure in the twin first, where mistakes are cheap.

What this looks like

  • A twin of a facility you can stress-test before you touch the real one.

  • A model of a system that predicts what happens next from live data.

  • A safe sandbox where a risky decision can be rehearsed before it's made.
