Experiments
Most ideas are arguments until someone tests them. We design and run experiments at whatever scale the question deserves — a weekend prototype, a field pilot, a longer trial — to turn opinion into evidence.
How it works
- 01
Right-sized tests
We match the size of the experiment to the size of the question — no cannons at sparrows, and no sparrows at cannons.
- 02
Designed to mean something
We set up the test so the result is real, and build the measurement in from the start rather than bolting it on after.
- 03
Read it honestly
We tell you what the experiment actually said — including when what it says is 'stop'.
What this looks like
-
A one-week build to find out whether anyone wants the thing at all.
-
A small field pilot to see if it survives contact with reality.
-
A structured trial a backer or an agency can stand behind.
